it’s no one’s fault.

If there’s fault, you can point a finger.
If there’s fault, you can say: “See? It wasn’t me!”

That’s what makes it the sad part of the story.
There’s no fault.

There’s no villain.
There’s no hero, either.

There’s just him and her.
Them. They.

That person over there, the one with the purple hair.

The bike rider.
Cashier.
Waiter.
Teacher.
Lover.

Friend. Father. Mother. Son. Daughter. Cousin.

Then there’s you.
Then there’s me.

That’s the really sad part of the story.
